Helping Our Kids, Inc. was founded in 2006 by the mother-daughter team of Loretta Rogers and Jaymie Rogers. Witnessing the needs of underprivileged children in the Scranton School System, they began by personally donating clothing. As their passion grew, they realized they could organize the community’s collective efforts to help all children. Today, we are supported by individuals, local businesses, and corporate grants, returning 100% of our monies directly into the community through our unpaid board and volunteers.
